Enhanced INDUSTRIAL DESIGN includes ALL FROM THE SAME SUPPLIER:

Project and Design

OBSERVATION: research, investigation, and observation, either conscious or not, about the reality of handling.

RESEARCHEach project is a discovery about the behavior of the users, limits of the materials, aesthetic and cultural values.

MANUFACTUREHand-crafted sketches allow creation of enhanced product design, finalized in 3D for customer approval. Detailing of technical parts and definition of materials and manufacturing processes for the prototype and its serial production.

Sample – Model – Prototype

Through the sample, you can check and test the format and ergonomic functions of the product.

Virtual prototype, fast prototyping, and sample for validation of any stages of the development. support for prototype manufacturing, pilot lot, and special tool assistance.

Documentation – Stationery

Product Manual: Instruction, Installation and Maintenance.

The functions of the packaging are to protect the contents, inform about handling conditions, show legal requirements such as composition, ingredients, etc., as well as to promote aligned with the company’s visual identity.

RAPID PROTOTYPING includes ALL FROM THE SAME SUPPLIER:

1. PMPT – Planar Modular Prototype Technology

PMPT is a technology that cuts (mills) the blanks of cabinets and/or technical parts out of plastic plates of different thicknesses and several colors. After being milled the blanks are folded with local application of heat. Then corners and channels are faceted and beveled. Finally, the parts are chemically welded assembling sets that, embedded, make up the final part.

Advantages and main applications:

  • Prototype deliveries already with 100% interior functionality;
  • Possibility of rapid change of project between batches;
  • Rapid prototyping also for larger parts through Clip-Nut;
  • Materials: PS, ABS, PVC, AC, PC of various colors;
  • Tolerances of +/- 0.2mm in lengths and 0.5° in folds.
  • Speed in programming: +
  • Speed in serial production: +++
  • Tolerances: ++
  • Price: $$

2. DMLS – Direct Metal or Plastic Laser Sintering

DMLS or direct laser sintering of metal is a process that enables the creation of products with a high degree of precision and has excellent mechanical properties through the sintering of powdered metal.

Advantages and main applications:

  • Excellent resolution / precision in the production of objects and ability to produce copies of objects from existing objects, starting the 3D printing process, even to switch between two printing processes;
  • Speed in programming: +++
  • Speed in serial production: +++
  • Tolerances: +
  • Price: $

3. SLA – Stereolithography

The SLA line was developed for printers that use laser stereolithography (SLA) technology, a method that uses light to solidify a photopolymerizable resin. The resin is stored in the vessel, leading to polymerization of the material by printing the layer to layer to form the desired pattern. It is possible to work with colored rubber resin or transparent polycarbonate (PC).

Advantages and main applications:

  • Provides ultra-thin surface finish for greater detail, higher resolution, for complex shapes and curves;
  • Speed in programming: ++
  • Speed in serial production: ++
  • Tolerances: ++
  • Price: $$$

4. FDM – Fused Deposition Modeling

FDM is the most widely used and affordable 3D printing technology. Uses thermoplastics suitable for engineering applications, printed parts are resistant, durable and used in functional testing applications. One can print objects with materials like ABS, polycarbonate, nylon and many others.

Advantages and main applications:

  • Because of their simplicity of use, these machines have user-friendly interfaces for use in design offices.
  • Speed in programming: ++++
  • Speed in serial production: +++
  • Tolerances: +
  • Price: $$

5. SLS – Selective Laser Sintering

Plastic laser sintering allows the production of high complex pieces, with dimensional accuracy and excellent mechanical resistance, by sintering powder thermoplastics. This process has a large potential of application, once it enables high quality production in a short space of time.

Plastic Laser Sintering is available with various primes in different colors and metallic finishing (alumide).

Advantages and main applications:

  • top of the line for accuracy measurements and tolerances +/- 0.05m and mechanical resistance;
  • provides ultra-thin surface finish for greater detail and higher resolution for complex shapes and curves;
  • Speed in programming: +
  • Speed in serial production: +
  • Tolerances: +++
  • Price: $$$$
